To add a new body part you just have drag and drop it from the library onto the body of your creature. Each added part can be easily resized, painted and positioned anywhere with just a couple of mouse clicks.

It is worth mentioning that your creatures need to pass through five different periods in order to prove their skills and abilities and become the most dominant creature.
