MS Project was designed and optimized specifically for the Windows operating system. Building project management software for Macs wasn’t Microsoft’s concern. In fact, the last time that there was a version of Microsoft Project for Apple users was back in 1993 with Microsoft Project 4.0 for Mac. Mac OS X This release is a beta-quality technology preview with only partial device support (only mass storage devices), no CD support, or video support. We encourage you to test and report issues.

See Developer Repositories on the wiki for a full list.

Requirements
  • TeamGantt is a browser-based online project management solution, so it’s compatible with any OS, Mac included. Users can plan and manage projects using Gantt charts, as well as invite co-workers, teammates, and friends to view and edit work.
  • I have a project in Azure Dev Ops that I need to connect to and I'm using Visual Studio for Mac. Usually on the PC I can click Version Control or project and browse to it, and then sync. However, I don't see that. In addition when I look at the project in the website, I don't see any URL that I can use to paste into the repository config.
Python
Mercurial uses Python (version 2.7). Most ready-to-run Mercurial distributions include Python or use the Python that comes with your operating system.

Get started

Mercurial is written in Python with platform independence in mind. As a result, Mercurial is available on Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, Solaris 11 Express and others. You can either download a binary package for the system of your choice or build it from sources.

Windows users are likely to enjoy the TortoiseHg GUI the most. It integrates Mercurial directly into your explorer.

Mac Os Versions

Packages for common Linux, BSD and Solaris distributions can be installed from the system specific repositories:
