The OS was introduced in 1984 to run the company’s Macintosh line of personal computers (PCs). The Macintosh heralded the era of graphical user interface (GUI) systems, and it inspired Microsoft Corporation to develop its own GUI, the Windows OS. If your Mac is using an earlier version of any Mac operating system, you should install the latest Apple software updates, which can include important security updates and updates for the apps that are installed by macOS, such as Safari, Books, Messages, Mail, Music, Calendar, and Photos. Nuclear Dawn is the first game to offer a full FPS and RTS experience, within a single gameplay model, without crippling or diluting either side of the game. As a soldier, explore war-torn post-apocalyptic landscapes, modelled on modern cities, and take the fight to your enemies as armoured, assault or stealth infantry, using various weapons. Mac OS X is the tenth major version of Apple's operating system for Macintosh computers. Previous Macintosh operating systems were named using Arabic numerals, e.g. Mac OS 8 and Mac OS 9. The letter X in Mac OS X's name refers to the number 10, a Roman numeral. It is therefore correctly pronounced ten in this context. However, due to the tenth version being the first to be based on Unix origins, and a reason for the Roman numeral to be used for the number 10 in its honour, a common pronunciation is X.

[prMac.com] Leeds, UK - Thermo Global Nuclear War has released Friendz, a Mac application for seeing which of your Xbox Live friends are online. From Friendz, you can also view your Xbox Live messages, reply to them, and send new messages to anyone. Friendz also allows you to manage your friends list. Send new friend requests right from the application, or accept/reject existing requests from other gamers. You can even delete gamers you no longer play with/like.
By incorporating Growl, Friendz notifies you instantly when a friend comes online or you recieve a new message! For quick access to your online friends, Friendz uses a status item in the menu bar (Looks like a man in a circle). From there you can check their status, or send them a message.
Friendz will never send your private data anywhere else but to the Xbox website and your passwords are now stored in the Keychain. We're all about security! Friendz is constantly being updated and improved and user feedback is the most important factor in that process. Never be afraid to contact us about anything.
Friendz 3.0 includes a redesigned user interface, and is a lot smoother compared to the laggy, beta version. You'll definitely feel Friendz to be a true Mac application now. A must have for anyone with a Mac and an Xbox.
