The PNP-Maritime Group officially launches its Dragon Boat named DALOY3456 on February 15, 2017 at Air Juan Strip, CCP Complex.
PNP Chief Police Director General Ronald Dela Rosa led the unveiling of the dragon boat together with former Maritime Group Director, PCSUPT Edmund Gonzales and Mr. Ramon Isberto, the Group Head Public Affairs Department of SMART Communications, Inc.
PDG Dela Rosa, other guests and the Maritime Group personnel showed their competitive side during a boat race held during the event.

The PNP-Maritime Group owns three (3) dragon boats all named DALOY3456. One is stationed in Manila while the others are stations in Bongao, Tawi Tawi. It hopes that by promoting the dragon boat as a sport, it will also serve as a vehicle to promote marine environmental protection.
