This browser app has become so much more popular lately since the whole lock down I thought it would be a good idea to do a tutorial on how to use zoom for P. Users can manually switch between screens when they are presenting in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Open Microsoft Teams. Go to the Teams tab. Select a channel and start a meeting. Click the Share screen button. Select a screen to share. To switch to a different screen, quit sharing. Click the share screen button again. Select the other screen. The Teams Meeting button in Outlook for Mac will appear in the Outlook for Mac ribbon if Outlook is running production build 16.24.414.0 and later and is activated with a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 client subscription. The meeting coordinates (the Teams join link and dial-in numbers) will be added to the meeting invite after the user clicks Send. You can also start an instant meeting from the Mac toolbar: 1 Select the WebEx ball icon on the Mac toolbar. 2 Select Meet Now from the menu. Note: By default, instant meetings you start with Meet Now happen in your Personal Room. To change your default settings, go to your WebEx site and select.
